As you may know, in July 2020 I lost all mobility from my chest down following a wrestling match with a mosquito.  (I know…hard to believe! ).  For the past 18 months, with a lot of help from some amazing people, I have regained my ability to walk and am back to (almost) everything I could do before.  I have been part of the Memorial Family for many years as a board member, but it was my first experience as a patient.  Memorial not only saved my life, but they also gave me my life back.  The entire Memorial Family has a special place in my heart.  Last year I was able to raise $25,000 by doing this event virtual over 3 days.  This year I am going for the gold and going to do the full 3K walk live and in person and hope to break my fundraising goal!
