Baby Lucas Hernandez
Lucas Joseph Hernandez was born on October 26, 2024, and passed on December 1, 2024. Though his time here was short, he touched so many lives with his infectious smile and his beautiful, joyful spirit. Everyone who met him felt the light he carried.
Lucas was diagnosed with Gestational Alloimmune Liver Disease (GALD), a rare condition, but he showed more strength in his short life. He fought so hard for all of us, and now it’s our turn to fight for him and for all the other precious babies in this world.
Lucas is now in heaven with the angels, and he will be missed more than life itself.
We love you and miss you with all our hearts, our little baby Lucas.
